I had to build my
dream team.
Then I had to multiply it.
I’m a husband, father of two and, at heart, someone who loves seeing people grow into more than they thought they could become.
I learned a lot about that while leading in Australia. Many people joined our organisation for just one year. Within weeks, they needed to understand our vision, mission and values, find their place in the team — and begin carrying and multiplying it themselves.
Years later, I built and led a team of around 1,000 people across seven countries and 30 teams. I couldn’t lead everyone myself. I had to build leaders I trusted, create clarity, develop people and give away responsibility.
I had to build a dream team — and then help that team multiply.
Culture Architect isn’t simply a company or framework I’ve built. It’s my passion: helping founders build a team they love working with — a team they trust, a team that takes ownership, and a team that can multiply beyond them.
Because building a great company shouldn’t mean carrying it alone.

Ich musste mein

Ich bin Ehemann, Vater von zwei Kindern und liebe es, Menschen dabei zu sehen, wie sie wachsen und mehr Verantwortung übernehmen.
In Australien kamen viele Menschen nur für ein Jahr in unsere Organisation. Innerhalb weniger Wochen mussten sie unsere Vision, Mission und Werte verstehen, ihren Platz im Team finden und anfangen, das Ganze selbst weiterzutragen.
Später habe ich ein Team von rund 1.000 Menschen in sieben Ländern und 30 Teams aufgebaut und geleitet. Ich konnte unmöglich jeden selbst führen. Ich musste Leiter entwickeln, Vertrauen aufbauen, Klarheit schaffen und Verantwortung abgeben.
Ich musste ein Dream Team bauen — und diesem Team helfen, sich zu multiplizieren.
Culture Architect ist für mich deshalb nicht einfach ein Unternehmen oder Framework. Es ist meine Leidenschaft, Unternehmern zu helfen, ein Team aufzubauen, mit dem sie gerne arbeiten, dem sie vertrauen und das Verantwortung übernimmt.
Denn ein großartiges Unternehmen aufzubauen sollte nicht bedeuten, alles alleine tragen zu müssen.
