I had to build my dream team.
Then I had to multiply it.
I’m a husband, father of two and someone who loves seeing people grow into more than they thought they could become.
Over the last five years, I built and led around 1,000 people across seven countries and 30 teams. I couldn’t lead everyone myself. I had to build leaders I trusted, create clarity, develop people and give away real responsibility.
Culture Architect isn’t just a framework. It’s my passion: helping founders build a team they love working with, a team they trust, and a team that can multiply beyond them.
Because building a great company shouldn’t mean carrying it alone.

Denn ein großartiges Unternehmen aufzubauen sollte nicht bedeuten, alles alleine tragen zu müssen.
